What is the difference between Standard Cleaning and Deep Cleaning?

Standard Maintenance Cleaning is a regular recurring clean — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, mirrors, and bathrooms. It keeps a maintained space fresh. Deep Cleaning goes much further: we scrub grout, clean baseboards, wipe behind furniture, clean vents, light fixtures, window sills, and shower tiles. It's best for first-time cleans, spring cleans, or properties that haven't been cleaned in a while. Inside fridge and oven cleaning are available as optional add-ons for either service.
Do you clean areas with bodily fluids or biohazard situations?

We do not provide biohazard or trauma scene cleaning. Our team is not trained or certified for situations involving large amounts of bodily fluids, blood, or hazardous biological material. For those situations, we recommend contacting a certified biohazard remediation company. For minor bathroom accidents or standard toilet/sink cleaning, our regular services absolutely cover that.
Do you treat pest infestations or clean after them?

We do not treat active pest infestations — that requires a licensed exterminator. However, once an infestation has been professionally treated and cleared, we are happy to provide a thorough post-treatment clean to remove debris, droppings, and odours using our non-toxic, eco-friendly products. Please let us know the situation when booking so we can prepare appropriately.
Do you use eco-friendly and non-toxic products?

Yes — 100%, on every single visit. All of our cleaning products are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and safe for children, pets, and allergy-sensitive households. This is not an optional upgrade; it is our standard. We never use harsh chemicals that leave harmful residues in your home or workspace.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies, tools, and eco-friendly products. You don't need to provide anything. If you have a preferred product you'd like us to use for a specific surface or area, let us know when booking and we're happy to accommodate.

Do you service condos and apartments?

Absolutely. We regularly clean condos, apartments, and studio units throughout the GTA. Our Studio/Condo packages are priced for spaces up to 700 sq ft. Just let us know if your building requires elevator booking, visitor parking coordination, or other access logistics when you book.
Do you offer same-day cleaning services?

Yes, same-day availability is offered in most of our service areas, subject to team availability. For same-day requests, please call or WhatsApp us directly at 437-778-3323 rather than booking online, so we can confirm availability and dispatch a team as quickly as possible.

What should I do to prepare before your team arrives?

To help us give you the best clean possible, here's what we recommend: (1) Pick up loose items, clothing, or toys from floors and surfaces so our team can clean unobstructed. (2) Secure or put away valuables and personal documents. (3) Ensure our team has clear access to the property — leave a key, access code, or be home. (4) If you have pets, secure them in a room or outside during the clean. (5) Let us know in advance about any fragile items, surfaces needing special care, or areas to skip.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don't have to be home. Many of our clients provide a key, access code, or arrange building access in advance. Our team is fully vetted and insured, so you can feel confident leaving them to clean while you're away. We'll send you a confirmation message when we arrive and when we're done.
How do I book a cleaning and what happens after I submit?

You can book directly through our online booking form on this page — choose your property type, service, size, washroom count, and optional add-ons, and your price calculates live. Once you submit your request, we will confirm your booking via WhatsApp or phone within 2 hours. No payment is required until service day. You can also call or WhatsApp us at 437-778-3323 to book directly.
How is pricing calculated?

Our pricing is flat-rate and fully transparent — based on your service type and property size. The base price covers up to 2 washrooms; additional washrooms are $25 each. Optional add-ons (fridge, oven, laundry room) are priced separately. Recurring clients receive automatic discounts: 20% off weekly and 15% off bi-weekly bookings. All prices are shown on our Pricing page and update live in the booking form.
Policies
What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a short-notice fee to cover our team's travel and scheduling. We'll always try to be flexible — just reach out via WhatsApp or call us as soon as you know.
What happens if I'm not home or we can't access the property?

If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access your property (no one home, incorrect access code, locked out), we will attempt to reach you by phone and WhatsApp. If we are unable to gain access within 15 minutes of arrival, a lockout fee may apply to cover the team's time and travel. To avoid this, please confirm access arrangements when your booking is confirmed.
What if I'm not satisfied with my clean?

Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you're not happy with any aspect of the clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge. We stand behind our work — no questions asked. We simply ask that you flag any concerns promptly so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Do you have a minimum booking requirement?

Yes. All visits carry a 2-hour minimum, which is already reflected in our pricing. This ensures we have adequate time to deliver a quality clean. For very small spaces or quick turnovers, the 2-hour minimum still applies as it covers travel, setup, and the clean itself.
