What the starting price means: The $110 starting point belongs to Standard condo maintenance in the smallest tier. A condo Deep Clean or move-out clean should not be compared to that entry price as if the scope were identical.

Do you clean high-rise condos and apartments?
Yes. We regularly clean high-rise and low-rise condos, apartments and studio units across the GTA. Just let us know the building’s access and parking or loading-dock rules when you book and we’ll plan around them.
How much does condo cleaning cost?
Condo cleaning is flat-rate by unit size and starts from $110 CAD for a studio or one-bedroom condo. Larger units and add-ons such as inside-oven or inside-fridge cleaning adjust the price, which updates live in the booking form.
Do you offer recurring condo cleaning?
Yes. Most condo clients book weekly or bi-weekly upkeep and save 20% and 15% respectively versus a one-time clean. You can also book a one-time condo deep clean or a move-in/move-out condo clean.
Which areas do you clean condos in?
We clean condos across the GTA, with strong coverage in high-condo-density areas such as Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill and North York, plus the rest of our 11-city service area.
