What the starting price means: Move-related cleaning starts at $200 in the smallest tier. Larger homes and heavier conditions require more labour, so the estimator scales the price rather than hiding those variables.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning FAQ
Will this clean help me get my deposit back?
Our move-out clean is specifically designed to meet landlord inspection standards. We cover everything landlords check — inside appliances, closets, grout, baseboards. We can't guarantee your deposit, but we give you the best possible chance.
Should I book move-out or move-in cleaning?
They're the same service — a full top-to-bottom clean of an empty property. If you're moving in, the property is cleaned before your belongings arrive. If you're moving out, it's cleaned before you hand over the keys.
Do I need to be present for the clean?
Not required. Many clients drop off keys or leave them with the superintendent. We'll send before/after photos by text upon completion.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance. For same-week availability, call or text us directly.
